Account Control Tools
Access these features through Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming tab. All tools activate immediately upon configuration and remain in effect until you modify or remove them.
Deposit Limits
Set maximum deposit amounts per day, week or month. Once your limit is reached, additional deposits are blocked until the time period resets. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Loss Limits
Define maximum acceptable losses within specified timeframes. The system tracks net losses and prevents further play when limit is reached, regardless of remaining balance. Loss limits reset at period boundaries.
Session Time Alerts
Configure pop-up reminders after designated playtime durations (30, 60, 90, 120 minutes). Alerts display current session statistics including time elapsed, amount wagered and net profit or loss.
Self-Exclusion
Temporarily or permanently close your account. Options include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanent closure. During exclusion, you cannot access your account, place bets or make deposits. Contact customer support at +254 703 637127 to initiate self-exclusion.

- Unsuccessful attempts to reduce or stop gambling despite desire to quit
